The aim of the company is to provide its customers with a choice: choice of brand, product availability and price. In our product portfolio, you will find wide range of spare parts and accessories from various leading manufacturers. We strive to develop loyalty and cooperation among customers, ensuring high satisfaction of the purchase, nevertheless we understand that there might be cases, where a customer wants to return a product.

Before placing an order, here are some recommendations prepared by our team:

  • Based on your vehicle`s modification, compare the compatibility of your spare parts. Check if your part looks the same, have the same identification numbers, if this is possible.

  • Enter your VIN number to check if the desired parts shows up.

  •  If you have already removed your old part, compare the product code with alternative numbers for the desired product or enter the code of the old part in the search field to compare whether the desired product matches the old one.

Please remember:

  • If there is a need to return the ordered product, it must be returned in its original packaging and should not show any signs of use. The manufacturer will not accept the product in such cases.

  • Upon receiving the product, check if the package is undamaged from the outside. If you notice any damage to the shipment's packaging, you should notify the delivery company immediately after receiving it.

  •  If a spare part is missing or damaged upon receiving the order, you must contact us within 10 working days. Failure to meet the specified deadline may result in the inability to receive compensation.

  • Once the package is opened, you agree to the terms of sale and return. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the suitability of the product before installing it on the vehicle.

Product return:

  • You can request the return of the received product within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery. Beyond the specified deadline, the product cannot be returned.

  • When placing an order for multiple items that are delivered separately, the deadline for return is calculated from the day the customer receives each specific product.

  • The product will only be accepted for return in its original packaging, displaying product`s number, in its complete configuration, and without signs of use. The product and its packaging cannot be torn, damaged, taped, or marked.

  • Depending on the manufacturer, the packaging may be sealed with a security seal (sticker), which must not be cut or removed when returning the product.

  •  If the product is not returned following the specified requirements, the return may be rejected. In such cases, the product may be returned to the customer or, upon agreement, destroyed.

How to return a product?

In your user account, click on the "Returns" section. Fill out the return form, providing all the necessary information.
Upon receiving the return request, a PARTSFUL customer service specialist will contact you to provide further instructions.When returning the product, make sure it is in its original packaging and shows no signs of use. Ensure that the shipment packaging is adequately secured using protective materials such as bubble wrap to protect the product and packaging from damage during delivery.

The returned products and their packaging will be inspected and counted.

Warranty:

  • All products in the PARTSFUL catalog come with a manufacturer's warranty. The customer has the option to file a claim for a non-compliant product within 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • To submit a warranty claim, go to your user account and click on the "Returns" section. Fill out the return application, indicating "Warranty Claim," and provide all the necessary information.
  • During the warranty process, the product will be forwarded to the manufacturer. The processing time may take up to 90 days, during which the warranty case will be evaluated for manufacturing defects.
  • PARTSFUL does not cover any additional costs arising from incorrect orders or product usage, including incorrect assembly or delayed delivery.

Refund:

  • In the approved return case, PARTSFUL will issue a refund within 7 working days from the day of delivery. The refund processing time may be additionally influenced by the recipient's payment method and bank.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase. If not possible, an alternative refund option will be offered to the customer.
